Supply Chain Operations Lead

Location: Onsite at 16101 Three Wide Drive, Fort Worth, Texas 76177, United States

Hourly wage: $26.20–$29.70, with possible premiums of $0.35–$3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or work performed.

What you will do

• Support daily facility operations and execute priorities established by salaried leadership.
• Provide process guidance and explain standard work and One Best Way procedures to associates.
• Deliver process instruction, demonstrate best practices, and support associate proficiency.
• Monitor processes, operational metrics, barriers, and emerging issues, escalating concerns to leadership.
• Help implement approved continuous improvement changes and reinforce operational standards.
• Maintain knowledge of multiple operational functions and support business needs across the facility.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Walmart Supply Chain associate, or 1 year in manufacturing, warehousing, or a distribution center environment.
• Strong understanding of supply chain operations, processes, and standard work practices.
• Clear communication with associates and leaders at all levels.
• Problem-solving ability, sound judgment, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, and place merchandise and supplies weighing up to 60 pounds without assistance.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, perform bending and reaching movements, and safely operate motor vehicles and large power equipment.

Nice to have

• 1 year of experience leading, planning, and coordinating operational activities in manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution.
