Senior Manager, Supply Chain Management

Location: Bentonville, Arkansas, United States

Annual salary: $90,000–$180,000, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

hirify.global is a large retail company operating stores, distribution networks, fulfillment centers, and omnichannel commerce services.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end supply chain processes and merchandise flow through distribution networks and fulfillment centers.
• Analyze shipping, receiving, inventory, returns, and other daily or escalated exceptions to identify root causes and coordinate resolutions.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, transporters, and other external partners, including audits, performance reviews, expectations, and quarterly scorecards.
• Improve supply chain execution by optimizing supplier-to-store flow paths, tracking goods movement, and addressing disruptions and operational constraints.
• Lead process improvement initiatives using lean concepts, end-to-end costing, feedback loops, and waste-reduction recommendations.
• Supervise, coach, develop, and evaluate associates while executing business plans and maintaining compliance with company policies and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field plus 4 years of relevant experience, or 6 years of relevant experience without the degree.
• Experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or a related area.
• At least 2 years of experience with advanced Microsoft Office functionality.
• Ability to analyze supply chain data, manage operational issues, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with dispatch, fleet management, network analysis, or retail logistics operations.
• Master’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
• Project Management Professional or Six Sigma certification.
