What you will do

• Lead, assign, and monitor daily work for warehouse associates across receiving, put-away, fulfillment, staging, shipping, returns, cycle counts, and housekeeping.
• Coordinate warehouse priorities with program and field leadership to ensure materials, tools, and demand-response devices are ready for scheduled work.
• Oversee inventory receipt, inspection, storage, documentation, serial-number tracking, issuance, returns, and reconciliation.
• Maintain organized warehouse locations, labeling, material flow, secure storage, loading, palletizing, recycling, and facility cleanliness.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, track shortages and damaged materials, and implement corrective actions.
• Train and coach associates, monitor performance and attendance, enforce safety requirements, and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• At least three years of warehouse, fulfillment, shipping and receiving, inventory, production, or related experience, including one year in a lead or supervisory role.
• Experience coordinating workflow, assigning work, training employees, and maintaining accountability for safety, accuracy, and productivity.
• Knowledge of inventory control, cycle counting, receiving, order staging, returns processing, and discrepancy resolution.
• Basic Microsoft Office proficiency and ability to learn inventory, order-tracking, and program systems.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment, lift up to 50 pounds, and remain active in a warehouse environment for extended periods.
