(USA) Area Manager - Floor

Location: Onsite at 2500 E Belt Line Rd, Lancaster, Texas 75146, United States

Salary: $65,500–$98,000 annual salary, plus performance-based bonuses and possible regional pay zone or stock compensation.

What you will do

• Implement area business plans by communicating goals, managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads.
• Monitor productivity through preparation, review, and analysis of business reports.
• Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring training, policy compliance, and accurate procedure documentation.
• Resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns by determining corrective actions and making recommendations.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders through performance feedback, coaching, training, hiring, promotion, and evaluation.
• Drive collaboration, integrity, customer-focused decisions, data-informed planning, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field plus one year of supervisory experience; or a bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Alternatively, one year of hirify.global Logistics Management experience, two years of hirify.global Logistics experience, or two years of supervisory experience.
• Successfully complete all required job training and assessments.
• Work onsite at the Lancaster, Texas fulfillment facility.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Office experience.
• Experience supervising associates.
• Experience with hirify.global Logistics Systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Logistics.
