Experienced Diesel Technician (Maintenance Shop) 3pm Start (Diesel)

Location: Eden Prairie, Minnesota, United States; onsite maintenance shop role

Pay: $29.90–$41.07 per hour. An $8,000 sign-on bonus is available.

What you will do

• Repair and maintain diesel and non-diesel trucks, refuse bodies, chassis, and related equipment.
• Diagnose and repair engines, fuel systems, aftertreatment systems, and REGEN functionality.
• Service air and hydraulic brakes, suspension, drivetrain, steering, HVAC, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Use scan tools and electronic diagnostic equipment to identify malfunctions and multi-system issues.
• Perform line maintenance, welding, fabrication, and repairs both onsite and on the road.
• Complete company training and support drivers operating the fleet.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience working as a technician on heavy-duty trucks.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to diagnose multi-system issues and demonstrate strong technical expertise.
• Ability to independently inspect and repair several heavy-truck systems, including suspension and steering, engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical, hydraulics, drivetrain, and diesel emissions.
• Preferred CDL Class B or higher; ASE Heavy Truck Certifications T1–T8 are advantageous but not required.
• LNG or CNG experience is advantageous but not required.
