Project Manager (Construction)

What you will do

• Manage large-scale construction projects ranging from $20M to $100M.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for architects, subcontractors, owners, and engineers.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, including estimating, value engineering, and scheduling.
• Negotiate financial disputes, change orders, and contract costs.
• Develop and implement field quality assurance, quality control, and safety plans.
• Ensure compliance with MBE/WBE subcontracting and EEO/Affirmative action requirements.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Detroit, Michigan, or able to work on-site.
• B.S. in Construction Management or Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of construction experience.
• Proven experience with a general contractor managing projects or programs.
• Strong knowledge of construction design, cost reporting, and cash flow management.
• Proficiency in project management software and scheduling tools.
