Part-Time Field Services Representative (Healthcare)

Location: McDonough, Georgia, United States; on-site field work with frequent travel to assigned facilities and occasional overnight travel

Salary: $19.75–$28.75 per hour

What you will do

• Support daily field service operations, including device preparation, coordination, and shipment.
• Conduct facility rounds, answer workflow questions, and reinforce standard processes.
• Identify eligible devices and promote program participation and value.
• Educate customer staff on basic workflows, tools, and best practices.
• Monitor activities, communicate issues and improvement opportunities, and assist with reporting and data collection.
• Participate in in-services, training sessions, and feedback-gathering activities while working assigned schedules, including extended or on-call hours when needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in healthcare, customer service, sales, or a field-based role.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to assigned locations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required facility credentials.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work flexible, non-standard hours.
• Frequent travel, including occasional overnight travel, is required.

• Experience in a healthcare or clinical environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced, field-based setting.
