Agile Professional I (Aerospace)

Location: Plano, Texas, United States; office or hybrid work environment. Occasional travel may be required.

What you will do

• Guide and coach teams in adopting Agile practices and improving Agile maturity.
• Identify and remove impediments that affect project delivery.
• Facilitate discussions, decision-making, conflict resolution, and team collaboration.
• Improve internal and external communication, transparency, and information sharing.
• Advise on Agile Framework implementation and support the creation of new Agile teams.
• Support the Product Owner with product backlog refinement and maintenance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or relevant equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of experience in an Agile environment or related field; four years of related experience may substitute for a degree.
• Experience as an Agile Professional, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, Agile Coach, or in a related role.
• Project management or business analysis experience in an Agile environment.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Redmine, or similar project management and issue-tracking tools.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance.

Nice to have

• Agile certifications such as PMI-ACP, A-CSM, CSP-SM, or SAFe.
• Experience in the aerospace and defense industry.
