Project Manager (Agile)

What you will do

• Interface with project managers, stakeholders, end users, data owners, analysts, IT groups, management, and executives.
• Drive delivery of federal technology projects supporting mission objectives.
• Facilitate Agile project ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Create Epics and User Stories, groom product and sprint backlogs, and manage JIRA boards.
• Provide business analysis, technology approach, solution, project management, and client engagement support to delivery and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of consulting, Agile project team, business analyst, or similar experience.
• Demonstrated experience with Agile frameworks and facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
• Experience establishing, monitoring, and delivering requirements and project deliverables with clients, technical subject matter experts, and project teams.
• Proven leadership and communication abilities.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Nice to have

• CSM, SAFe, and/or PMP certification.
