Vice President, Sales Operations (Remote)

Salary: $171,900–$326,900 per year

What you will do

• Lead the sales operations department, including needs assessment, process design, staffing, performance monitoring, and reporting.
• Oversee sales and experience reporting, data management, sales systems, and ongoing system enhancements.
• Provide guidance on broker and agent commission and incentive programs.
• Partner with sales leadership and finance on sales goals, projections, forecasting, and budget management.
• Lead complex, technical, cross-functional projects with department-wide impact.
• Serve as a senior liaison to sales leadership, cross-functional partners, and key brokers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance/accounting, marketing, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in sales, operations, finance, and/or sales management.
• Experience in healthcare, Medicare, Exchange, PBM/specialty pharmacy, employer benefits, brokerage/consulting, or commercial health plans.
• Equivalent experience may be considered in place of the stated education and experience.
