Base compensation: $27.58–$51.22 per hour.

What you will do
- Independently diagnose and repair advanced electro-mechanical, automation, and system issues onsite.
- Perform preventive maintenance to improve system performance and minimize downtime.
- Support nursing, pharmacy, and healthcare leaders through clear communication and responsive service.
- Document repairs, escalations, follow-ups, and other service events in accordance with company policies.
- Meet service-level agreements, response-time targets, and customer satisfaction standards.
- Manage trunk stock and parts inventory, escalate product issues, and collaborate with internal technical teams.
Requirements
- Coursework or training in network engineering, electronics, robotics, or a related field.
- Experience working in a hospital or healthcare environment.
- Strong problem-solving and technical diagnostic skills.
- Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree plus 1+ year of relevant experience; associate degree, trade certification, or military training plus 4+ years of experience; or 7+ years of equivalent hands-on experience.
- Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, reliable personal vehicle, and ability to meet insurance requirements.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of FDA regulations, medical device standards, and quality management systems.
- Experience troubleshooting electronic, mechanical, or computer-based systems.
- Experience coaching, mentoring, or providing technical guidance to junior team members.
