What you will do

• Own and evolve a focused Microsoft service catalog covering identity and Entra ID, Azure, security, migrations, and modern workloads.
• Define opportunity qualification criteria, scope boundaries, pricing discipline, and SOW governance in partnership with Sales.
• Set delivery standards, quality gates, estimation practices, and governance to improve on-time delivery, CSAT, margin, and utilization.
• Lead executive escalations and drive accepted engagements to profitable, customer-satisfying outcomes.
• Lead and develop the Microsoft delivery team, including the Technical Lead, while building a roadmap for modern Microsoft capabilities.
• Manage partner delivery models for non-core or overflow work and maintain alignment with Microsoft partner programs, specializations, and co-sell motions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Microsoft professional services, including 5+ years leading a practice within a VAR or systems integrator.
• Experience turning around delivery organizations through service catalog definition, capability development, and pipeline discipline.
• Strong technical grounding in Azure, Entra ID and identity, security, application migrations, domain consolidations, and hybrid endpoint management.
• Experience running or steering partner delivery models outside core capabilities.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or a current equivalent.
• SC-300 or AZ-500 certification, with executive presence, commercial judgment, negotiation skills, and escalation leadership experience.

Nice to have

• Additional security, identity, or Microsoft 365 certifications, such as Cybersecurity Architect Expert or M365 Enterprise Administrator Expert.
• Experience modernizing teams with legacy skills or unconstrained sales practices.
• Experience with Microsoft partner programs, specializations, and co-sell motions.
• Comfort staying approximately 25% hands-on in delivery while leading practice strategy.
