Director Cloud Services Digital Health

What you will do

• Define and lead the strategy, operating model, service portfolio, and growth roadmap for the Cloud Services practice.
• Develop offerings across cloud strategy, migration, modernization, managed services enablement, governance, FinOps, security, resilience, and data platform modernization.
• Drive business development through opportunity identification, solution shaping, proposals, executive presentations, and RFP responses.
• Advise executive stakeholders and sponsor strategic engagements, ensuring delivery quality, client satisfaction, measurable outcomes, and healthcare regulatory alignment.
• Guide cloud transformation programs involving EHR ecosystems, clinical and business applications, data platforms, integration architectures, cybersecurity, and hybrid or multi-cloud environments.
• Build and mentor teams while creating reusable architectures, accelerators, assessment tools, estimation models, and implementation playbooks.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive experience in cloud, infrastructure, enterprise architecture, technology consulting, or healthcare IT leadership.
• 7+ years advising or delivering technology transformation initiatives in healthcare, payer, life sciences, or digital health environments.
• Experience building or scaling a consulting practice, service line, managed services capability, or cloud center of excellence.
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Azure and AWS, plus working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of healthcare technology ecosystems, including EHR platforms, interoperability, clinical and revenue cycle applications, analytics, cybersecurity, HIPAA, and HITRUST.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required; relevant cloud, architecture, security, or healthcare technology certifications are preferred.

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Google Professional Cloud Architect, CISSP, CCSP, or HITRUST credentials.
