Salary: $26.60–$30.59 per hour

What you will do

• Lead and support the department team while fostering collaboration, inclusion, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Own the store’s omni-channel customer experience, visual presentation, commercial curation, and customer service standards.
• Analyze sales, budgets, performance, competitors, and commercial opportunities to create plans that improve results and profitability.
• Recruit, onboard, schedule, evaluate, retain, and develop colleagues through feedback, training, and succession planning.
• Maintain stock levels, garment presentation, fitting-room and checkout routines, price signage, stockroom standards, and store technology.
• Ensure operational, administrative, health and safety, legal, opening, and closing procedures are completed correctly.
