Floor Supervisor (Retail)

Location: New York, United States; onsite retail store role

Compensation: USD 23–27 per hour

What you will do

• Lead daily sales-floor operations and support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Managers.
• Coach, mentor, and motivate part-time and seasonal sales associates.
• Deliver personalized customer service, styling advice, and professional issue resolution.
• Drive personal and team sales targets, KPIs, and store goals.
• Maintain visual merchandising, product pricing, replenishment, cleanliness, and organization standards.
• Support inventory tracking, shipment processing, transactions, and loss-prevention procedures.

Requirements

• Previous retail or supervisory experience with a record of success in sales and customer service.
• Ability to lead, inspire, coach, and support a team in a positive work environment.
• Strong customer-service, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for hirify.global products, outdoor sports, and adventure.
• Full-time availability with mornings, evenings, weekends, Black Friday, and the holiday season required as determined by store needs.
• Ability to perform regular standing, walking, and occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds, with reasonable accommodations where applicable.
