What you will do

• Source qualified candidates through job sites, social media, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
• Identify, pre-screen, interview, assess, and objectively evaluate applicants.
• Educate potential candidates about hirify.global and its culture.
• Support recruiting functions as part of the Recruiting Team.
• Maintain recruitment, retention, open-position, and other requested reporting metrics.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors and perform additional recruiting support duties.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a recruiter required.
• Professional fluency in English, written and spoken.
• Strong candidate sourcing experience and knowledge of recruiting, interviewing, and offer practices.
• Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, critical-thinking, and analytical skills.
• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated, independent, collaborative, and creative approach to work.
