What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from requisition approval through offer acceptance.
• Source and screen candidates for skilled trades, field operations, project management, engineering, service, and corporate roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing priorities and recruiting strategies.
• Build talent pipelines through recruiting platforms, referrals, trade schools, military programs, career fairs, and community partnerships.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, offers, onboarding support, and candidate experience.
• Maintain recruiting records and reports in Workday while supporting compliance and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems; Workday experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Business Administration or related field experience is preferred.
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, industrial services, skilled trades, or related industries is preferred.
