What you will do
- Own end-to-end talent acquisition across engineering, manufacturing, and business functions.
- Source, interview, and close qualified candidates.
- Build recruiting infrastructure, including talent pipelines, employer branding, referral programs, and interview processes.
- Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to translate business goals into hiring plans and role requirements.
- Track time-to-fill, pipeline health, offer acceptance, and other hiring metrics to improve recruiting effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience, including 2+ years in a leadership capacity.
- Experience building and scaling recruiting functions in a high-growth environment.
- Experience partnering directly with senior leadership and hiring managers.
- Experience with ATS and recruiting technology stacks, AI recruiting platforms, and data-driven sourcing.
- Hands-on people operations experience with onboarding, benefits, or HRIS, and authorization to work in the United States.
