What you will do
- Support the end-to-end recruiting process, including candidate screening, interviews, and offer support.
- Manage candidate communications, interview scheduling, and recruiting logistics.
- Partner with hiring managers and teams to clarify role requirements and support hiring decisions.
- Track candidate pipelines and requisitions while maintaining accurate recruiting data and KPI progress.
Requirements
- 4+ years of recruiting experience.
- Experience managing multiple candidates or requisitions simultaneously.
- Strong organization, communication, interpersonal, and prioritization skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and scheduling tools.
- Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring teams, and stakeholders.
