HR Specialist, Talent Acquisition & Development

Location: Dallas-North office in Plano, United States; hybrid office environment

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for professional staff roles across business services departments.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, develop job descriptions, source candidates, and manage hiring through offer acceptance.
• Build candidate pipelines, maintain recruitment data in Workday and other systems, and analyze recruiting metrics and hiring trends.
• Support talent development, performance management, talent reviews, compensation, employee engagement, and HR policy initiatives.
• Coordinate learning and development programs, including curriculum support, training logistics, communications, evaluations, and reporting.
• Contribute to HR process improvement, documentation, compliance audits, reporting, and special projects.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in recruiting, human resources, talent acquisition, learning and development, or a related field.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Strong sourcing, communication, relationship-building, analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• High professionalism, discretion, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience in a law firm, professional services organization, or fast-paced client service environment.
• Experience with Workday, Smartsheet, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other HR technology platforms.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification, or a commitment to obtaining certification.
