Non-Technical Project Management/Change Management Specialist

Location: Boise, Idaho; Chandler, Arizona; Hillsboro, Oregon; Phoenix, Arizona; or Santa Clara, California, United States. Travel required approximately 20% of the time. Relocation eligible.

Salary: $88,000–$121,000 per year, plus potential bonus and stock awards.

What you will do

• Embed change management activities into global Field Service programs using the Prosci 3-Phase Methodology.
• Conduct stakeholder, impact, and risk assessments and create integrated communications, training, readiness, and reinforcement plans.
• Coach executive sponsors and people managers on their change responsibilities and adoption actions.
• Develop clear, audience-appropriate communications and coordinate rollout readiness with Communications, Training, and Regional teams.
• Define adoption and readiness indicators, evaluate interventions, and recommend corrective actions.
• Contribute to change management standards, playbooks, shared learning, and the community of practice.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience delivering change management for complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Applied experience with the Prosci methodology and ADKAR is required.
• Experience working in global, matrixed organizations with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complexity into clear, actionable messages.
• Ability to influence without authority and collaborate across functions and regions.

Nice to have

• Prosci certification.
• Experience supporting Field Service, Operations, or technically oriented organizations.
• Experience contributing to shared frameworks, standards, or communities of practice.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and adapting approaches to program maturity and regional context.
