Project Manager - Adoption & Change (Workday)

Location: 550 Reserve Street, Suite 190, Southlake, TX 76092, United States

Salary: $120,000–$150,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Plan and execute multiple concurrent Workday deployment projects, including net-new, launch, and optimization initiatives.
• Drive end-to-end delivery within scope, budget, and milestone requirements.
• Analyze organizational impacts and develop change management, training, and communication plans.
• Build and facilitate client change and training networks to improve workforce adoption.
• Lead client communications, resolve conflicts, and align senior stakeholders on delivery progress and change impacts.
• Own project budgets and improve PMO processes, standards, and delivery practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of project management experience focused on enterprise system implementation.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end change management activities and experience creating change management deliverables.
• Experience with Prosci, ADKAR, or similar change management frameworks.
• Solid understanding of the Workday ecosystem and full HCM or financial process lifecycles.
• Exceptional client communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• PMP or PgMP certification.
