Change Management Specialist

Location: Remote within the United States, with Eastern Time Zone preference; hybrid attendance required for candidates local to Easton, Pennsylvania.

What you will do

• Design and implement change management strategies with business and project leaders.
• Identify stakeholders, assess organizational readiness, and tailor strategies using surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
• Conduct impact analyses, anticipate risks, and develop mitigation plans for resistance to change.
• Coach leaders and prepare communication plans, messaging, and training resources.
• Partner with project teams, business stakeholders, Corporate Communications, and the training function.
• Run retrospectives and maintain feedback loops, tools, frameworks, and metrics to sustain adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Adult Education, or Change Management.
• 5–8 years of progressive experience in change management, organizational development, or Human Resources.
• Experience leading change initiatives from inception to completion.
• Proficiency with change management methodologies and tools such as ADKAR and Prosci.
• Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, project management, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States without present or future employer-sponsored immigration support. Strong MS Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams, are required.

Nice to have

• Prosci Certified Change Management Professional or similar certification.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Ability to navigate complex cross-functional organizations without relying on formal authority.
