Project Manager - Construction

Location: Dallas, TX, USA

Salary: USD 150,000–200,000 yearly

What you will do

• Lead complex construction projects from planning and preconstruction through field execution, turnover, and closeout.
• Coordinate superintendents, trade contractors, suppliers, project controls, safety, quality, procurement, design, engineering, and commissioning teams.
• Manage scope, budget, schedule, RFIs, submittals, procurement, documentation, risks, and change events.
• Lead subcontractor performance management, issue resolution, sequencing, productivity tracking, and milestone alignment.
• Enforce safety, quality, and operational discipline across active construction environments.
• Serve as the primary client-facing construction leader and maintain accountability for financial performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of applicable construction project management experience.
• Experience managing field construction execution, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, change management, and client communication.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, site logistics, RFIs, submittals, procurement, change orders, cost reporting, and schedule management.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and practical decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively with trade partners, internal teams, and client stakeholders in active field environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale industrial, manufacturing, life sciences, food and beverage, renovation, expansion, greenfield, brownfield, or fast-track projects.
• PMP, LEED, CCM, or other construction and project management certifications.
