What you will do

• Lead projects across technology and business operations from requirements definition through development, testing, change management, and final delivery.
• Plan and forecast schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and project delivery using standard project management tools.
• Monitor scope, cost, schedule, quality, dependencies, and critical paths to prevent bottlenecks.
• Manage internal and external labor and non-labor costs across complex project budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional IT and business teams, assign resources, and monitor progress.
• Provide executive stakeholders with status reports, documentation, diagrams, risk analysis, and action plans.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional project management experience leading complex IT and business initiatives.
• Extensive knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and full SDLC methodologies.
• Experience with project cost management, financial forecasting, and resource capacity planning.
• Strong leadership, coaching, business process analysis, process mapping, and change management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including communication with executive sponsors and diverse project teams.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Professional Scrum Master or Professional Scrum Product Owner certification.
• Experience in the energy, utility, or highly regulated technical sectors.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional collaboration and conflict resolution.
