Project / Program Manager (Atmospheric Solutions) (Semiconductor)

Location: US - Fremont, California. Work arrangements may include a mix of in-office and remote work depending on the role and business needs.

Base salary: $110,621.72–$149,664.68 USD annually, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Lead strategic projects and programs covering new product development, product line extensions, and customer-specific customizations.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, to specification, and within cost targets.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Design Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Quality, and Service.
• Manage project risks, change control, and mitigation plans while driving timely decisions.
• Communicate project and program status to cross-functional teams and investment stakeholders.
• Coordinate work with geographically dispersed teams in Asia and Europe.

Requirements

• BS degree in an engineering-related discipline such as Mechanical, Electrical, or Software Engineering.
• Engineering-related experience and at least 3 years of Project or Program Management experience, ideally in new product development.
• Knowledge of standard project and program management practices, including phase-gate development processes.
• Experience with Smartsheet or MS Project, including resource loading and leveling.
• Ability to lead team members, manage multiple projects or programs, deliver results, and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
• PMP certification is preferred.
