What you will do

• Lead production, maintenance, quality, materials, human resources, and finance operations.
• Ensure plant performance in safety, product quality, on-time delivery, cost control, and workforce effectiveness.
• Develop manufacturing strategies and continuous improvement programs to improve operational and financial performance.
• Manage budgets, cost controls, P&L performance, and operational targets.
• Build accountable, high-performing teams through collaborative and participative leadership.
• Partner with Quality and Procurement to ensure products and purchased materials meet customer requirements.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 10 years of progressive operations experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong business acumen and experience managing P&L performance.
• Experience with union contract administration and labor relations.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and delivering measurable results.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
