Plant President (Manufacturing)

Salary: USD 117,700–188,400 per year

What you will do

• Lead plant performance across sales, safety, quality, productivity, waste reduction, and continuous improvement.
• Own P&L responsibility and manage capital and operational budgets.
• Lead employee development, training, succession planning, and personnel recommendations.
• Guide department managers and coordinate action plans to resolve operational, scheduling, cost, material, and quality issues.
• Lead the local sales team, develop the sales pipeline, and support customer acquisition with sales representatives across channels.
• Monitor and report manufacturing performance while ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, EEO, and other applicable regulations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of diversified management experience in the printing or similar manufacturing industry, including successful operations leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Management, Engineering, Graphic Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to lead diverse sales and operations teams, influence change, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, organizational skills, and an empathetic leadership style.
• Strong commitment to continuous improvement across plant operations.
