Wonderful Leader (Manufacturing)

Location: Lost Hills, California, USA; full-time onsite role

Salary: $70,500–$73,000 per year, with a potential performance bonus of up to $10,000 by the end of the program.

Wonderful Pistachios & Almonds is a vertically integrated pistachio and almond processor in California's Central Valley, producing and packaging sustainably harvested, Non-GMO Project Verified nuts.

What you will do

• Complete rotations across preprocessing, roasting, packaging, shipping, harvest, human resources, and supply chain.
• Manage production goals, standard work, schedules, downtime, quality targets, safety standards, records, and KPIs.
• Lead production crews, assign employees, create schedules, support hiring and training, conduct performance reviews, and resolve conflicts.
• Analyze data, create reports, present updates, communicate with stakeholders and customers, and support business opportunities.
• Plan and execute special projects using continuous improvement, lean thinking, 5S, and PDCA problem-solving practices.
• Prepare customer supply orders and documentation, coordinate logistics and shipments, and collaborate with sales and other departments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree or manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Must be able to work flexible schedules.
• Problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement focus.
• Written and verbal presentation skills, including the ability to use data for storytelling.
• Ability to build relationships, work independently, contribute to a team, and interact with employees and management at all levels.
• English communication skills are required; verbal fluency in Spanish or willingness to learn conversational Spanish during the program is required.
