What you will do

  • Own the plant’s Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and maintain accurate work-order documentation.
  • Plan, coordinate, and schedule preventive, corrective, proactive, and project maintenance activities across the plant.
  • Screen work orders, identify required resources, parts, skills, and safety risks, and coordinate timely execution.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports covering utilization, safety, PM compliance, backlog, and after-action results.
  • Assign asset IDs and criticality levels to legacy and newly installed equipment, and load PM procedures and schedules based on OEM recommendations.
  • Track reactive maintenance trends, lead root cause analysis for recurring failures and downtime, and develop maintenance performance metrics.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience or an equivalent technical background; high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proficiency with CMMS and strong electrical and mechanical aptitude.
  • Strong computer and data-analysis skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organization, planning, communication, technical research, and project leadership skills.
  • Ability to interpret OEM manuals, drawings, schematics, and prints, while maintaining a strong commitment to safety.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Any required export license is a prerequisite for the position.
