Maintenance Planner

Location: Las Vegas, NV, USA; full-time, onsite role.

Salary: $86,700–$119,250 per year, depending on locality. Annual incentive plan target: 10%.

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for equipment and facilities, including routine and outage work.
• Use MS Project and CMMS software to schedule work orders, track completion, and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with operations, engineering, supervisors, technicians, vendors, and other stakeholders to minimize downtime.
• Analyze maintenance history and equipment performance data to identify trends, resolve scheduling conflicts, and improve resource allocation.
• Support budget planning, spare parts inventory management, capital projects, equipment replacements, and facility upgrades.
• Lead or participate in root cause analysis, reliability improvement, workflow optimization, and team development initiatives.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, or reliability engineering.
• Experience in a supervisory capacity.
• Understanding of maintenance management systems, equipment operations, and preventive maintenance practices.
• Proficiency with CMMS systems and scheduling software, including MS Project.
• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, electrical schematics, OEM manuals, and procedures.
• Ability to analyze maintenance data, prioritize tasks, manage multiple schedules and projects, and meet deadlines.
