Focus on managing CMMS work orders, spare-parts inventory, maintenance schedules, root-cause investigations, and detailed operating procedures.

What you will do

  • Plan, prepare, schedule, and coordinate preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance work orders.
  • Coordinate maintenance activities between Operations, Engineering, Management, and customers to minimize operational interruptions.
  • Manage CMMS work orders, including resource planning, materials availability, work-order closure, and completion reviews.
  • Manage spare-parts inventory, sourcing, purchasing, contracted support, and maintenance department capacity.
  • Plan and schedule capital projects, major and minor site outages, and maintenance shutdowns.
  • Investigate reactive maintenance issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement solutions to prevent recurring failures.

Requirements

  • At least five years of industrial, data center, or related industry experience.
  • At least three years of maintenance and supervisory experience, including a minimum of three years as a maintenance planner or scheduler.
  • Knowledge of change management, work-order control procedures, and computerized maintenance management systems.
  • Working knowledge of plant equipment, including control systems, pumps, piping, heat exchangers, vessels, and instrumentation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project; strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • High school diploma or GED; technical or maintenance-related certifications or an advanced degree are preferred.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Visio or AutoCAD.
  • Advanced technical or maintenance-related education or certifications.
