Compensation Manger II (Infrastructure & Compliance)

What you will do

• Centralize and supervise global compensation frameworks, standard processes, governance, controls, and documentation.
• Support compliance with minimum wage, pay transparency, and other statutory requirements.
• Manage Workday compensation configuration, data integrity, reporting, and system enablement with HR Technology.
• Drive compensation process standardization, scalability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Lead global market intelligence, salary survey benchmarking, job architecture, and pay structure maintenance.
• Provide direction to compensation operations and coordinate execution across a matrixed global organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience managing compensation processes, frameworks, systems, job architecture, benchmarking, and compensation surveys.
• Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday, including configuration and reporting.
• Experience supporting compensation compliance and regulatory requirements in a global context.
• Advanced Excel, data management, process governance, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree such as an MBA or Master’s.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification.
• Manufacturing or hourly production compensation experience.
• Experience with regional nuances in global compensation programs.
