Senior Global Compensation Lead (Fintech)

Salary: $130,000–$180,000 per year; an additional geographic range of $102,000–$144,000 per year is also listed.

What you will do

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of global salary structures, pay grades, and compensation bands.
• Manage job architecture, leveling, and job evaluation processes across regions.
• Own vendor relationships for market data surveys and conduct regular compensation benchmarking.
• Support annual merit, bonus, and incentive programs in partnership with Finance and HR business partners.
• Develop compensation review processes, documentation, manager guidelines, and training.
• Deliver compensation reporting, analytics, budgeting, and forecasting insights for senior leaders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in compensation analysis, preferably in a global or high-growth technology or financial services company.
• Strong expertise in job architecture, market benchmarking, pay grades, and compensation frameworks.
• Advanced analytical skills and proficiency with Excel and HRIS or compensation tools.
• Experience influencing compensation decisions with senior leadership and partnering across HR, Finance, and business functions.
• Strong communication, presentation, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
