hirify.global operates bakeries, sales centers, offices, and sales routes for a portfolio of packaged bakery brands.

What you will do

• Manage distribution authorization lists, item setup, additions, removals, conversions, and ongoing portfolio maintenance.
• Support customer-facing and internal SBT research, validation, recovery, cross-checks, and communications.
• Administer trade point contracts, promotional and everyday pricing, price increases, post-audits, and reconciliation activities.
• Maintain supplier, bakery, and produced-item data in customer portals and related BBU systems.
• Coordinate with bakeries, field teams, legal contacts, customers, and internal stakeholders on item submissions, compliance, and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred; equivalent education, training, and experience may be substituted.
• 1–3 years of experience in CPG, customer relations, sales, analytics, or DSD; 3+ years is a plus.
• Direct customer-facing experience and strong project management skills.
• Process-oriented approach with strong organization and planning abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is required.
• Experience with Market 6, IRI, Stratum, or Margin Miner is preferred; travel is minimal.
