Senior Analyst - Commercial Analytics

Location: Lexington, Massachusetts, United States; approximately 5% overnight travel.

Base compensation: $83,400–$150,200 annually, plus eligibility for a company performance bonus and potential long-term incentive compensation or company vehicle depending on position level and company factors.

What you will do

• Analyze complex patient-level and transactional-level data to generate insights for portfolio, franchise, and brand strategy, with a primary focus on the semaglutide franchise and associated markets.
• Conduct longitudinal patient analytics and evaluate patient CRM programs using IQVIA, CRM, and other relevant datasets.
• Analyze market trends and product performance, identify performance drivers, and provide evidence-based recommendations.
• Develop solutions to complex and unstructured analytical problems using tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, Python, and R.
• Collaborate with privacy and compliance partners to analyze patient-level data appropriately and compliantly.
• Present clear analytical storylines, conclusions, and actionable recommendations to analytics teams and cross-functional business partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business, analytics, mathematics, science, or engineering.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience through employment, internships, or coursework.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, qualitative analysis, writing, presentation, and project management skills.
• Knowledge of patient data, IQVIA data, or other secondary industry data sources, plus understanding of patient CRM programs and related analysis.
• Strong working knowledge of Tableau, Alteryx, or R, as well as PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to solve problems creatively, manage multiple projects with conflicting deadlines, and collaborate with internal business partners.

Nice to have

• MBA or another advanced degree.
• Experience with mathematical modeling for prediction, clustering, and classification.
