Customer Sales Analyst (UNFI)

Location: Remote, United States; limited travel or visits to external locations.

Salary: $77,800–$97,300 per year, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Use sales, consumer, syndicated, and panel data to develop actionable insights and presentations for internal and external audiences.
• Identify volume drivers, communicate material needs, and develop customer-specific selling stories.
• Manage line reviews, post-event tracking, performance updates, and standard operating procedures.
• Analyze merchandising events for compliance, execution, consumption, and value.
• Support category and business reviews with the field team to drive growth.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, retail, supply chain, and Data & Analytics on reporting and tool development.

Requirements

• Corporate sales experience with knowledge of business processes and category management.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Experience using syndicated and panel data.
• Ability to plan, organize, communicate priorities, and work independently or as part of a team.
• Growth mindset, adaptability, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States with limited travel.

Nice to have

• Power BI development experience, including report and dashboard creation.
• Desire to expand capabilities with Circana, Numerator, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
