What you will do

• Own the monthly Portfolio Management Review analytics and executive PowerPoint presentation process, from data collection and validation through distribution.
• Analyze portfolio performance across brands, regions, product lines, and planning horizons to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities.
• Translate complex datasets into concise business narratives, actionable metrics, recommendations, and executive-ready visuals.
• Develop standardized KPI views, scorecards, dashboards, and reporting templates to improve performance measurement and governance.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis, scenario modeling, and what-if assessments covering portfolio choices, demand shifts, timing changes, and item productivity.
• Partner with brand, planning, commercial, Finance, Product Development, Sourcing, and Supply Chain Analytics functions to improve S&OP processes, validate data, and track decisions and actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Analytics, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in supply chain, portfolio management, product development, business analytics, or a related function.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, communication, collaboration, organizational, and data-quality skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, data cleansing, scenario modeling, and large dataset management.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and able to create clear executive presentations with effective visual hierarchy and data visualization.
• Working knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, or comparable business intelligence tools, plus practical proficiency with generative AI and productivity tools used responsibly.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, Python, Alteryx, Power Query, or other data-transformation and automation tools.
• Familiarity with S&OP, integrated business planning, product lifecycle management, portfolio optimization, or consumer-products planning.
• Experience defining KPIs, building repeatable reporting processes, and documenting data definitions or business rules.
• Consumer products experience.
