Director, Global Investment Banking – Energy, Infrastructure, & Transition (Fintech)

Location: New York, NY — 300 Madison Ave, Floor 8

Salary: $250,000 annually, based on experience, qualifications, and location. Additional incentive compensation may apply.

What you will do

• Lead the execution of M&A and financing mandates across energy, infrastructure, utilities, renewables, and digital infrastructure.
• Oversee financial modeling, valuation analyses, financial structuring, due diligence, and transaction recommendations.
• Serve as a central contact between deal teams and clients and participate in client meetings and presentations.
• Coordinate legal, tax, accounting, technical, market, insurance, and audit advisors throughout transactions.
• Develop client and investor relationships and identify investment banking opportunities across the EIT ecosystem.
• Manage, mentor, and coach Associates and Analysts while ensuring compliance with legislation and professional standards.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of previous investment banking experience.
• Strong knowledge of capital sources and investor or buyer bases within the energy, infrastructure, and transition sectors.
• Advanced analytical, financial modeling, valuation, corporate finance, and accounting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines and assume significant responsibility.
• Strong client relationship, presentation, communication, and business development skills.
• Ability to manage and develop junior staff through coaching, mentoring, and teaching.
