Executive Director, Commodities and Fixed Income Risk Manager (Market Risk)

Location: New York, NY, United States; part-time telecommuting permitted.

Salary: $188,178–$291,700 per year.

What you will do

• Analyze market risk for US commodities, bonds, and rates trading activities.
• Establish risk frameworks and processes to control and monitor market risks.
• Monitor risk profiles and market developments, and provide timely risk information to senior management.
• Design, build, and enhance risk models to capture market risks appropriately.
• Prepare risk analyses for new initiatives, financial products, and large trades.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of progressively responsible market risk management experience in the financial industry.
• At least three years of experience quantifying and analyzing market risks using value-at-risk, stress testing, and risk sensitivities.
• At least three years of experience with pricing and risk analysis for linear and non-linear trading products.
• At least three years of experience using Bloomberg terminal APIs and other Bloomberg functionality.
• At least three years of experience in data analytics.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States location is required.
