Project Manager, Manufacturing

Salary: $90,000–$130,000 annually

hirify.global is developing and operating uranium enrichment services in the United States to restore domestic nuclear fuel production.

What you will do

• Run procurement, vendor management, security and compliance coordination, facilities logistics, and documentation workstreams.
• Remove business-critical blockers and follow up to keep projects moving.
• Manage vendors across projects and ensure consistent, timely execution.
• Coordinate construction buildout logistics and maintain workstream trackers and status updates.
• Automate repetitive, high-volume tasks using AI and strong process management.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Security, and Supply Chain.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience; new graduates are welcome.
• Demonstrated reliability and the ability to complete work thoroughly and on time.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Strong command of spreadsheets, trackers, and ticketing or purchase-order systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends as necessary.

Nice to have

• Experience in banking, finance, operations, GTM, sales, or startups.
• Procurement or vendor-management experience.
• Experience in energy, infrastructure, manufacturing, aerospace, defense, nuclear, or other highly regulated industries.
• Familiarity with NIST, NRC, ATO, or CATO compliance frameworks.
