Live Virtual Teller/ITM Specialist (Banking)

What you will do

• Process deposits, loan payments, withdrawals, transfers, balance inquiries, and other teller transactions through Interactive Teller Machines.
• Verify transactions, research accounts, resolve discrepancies, and handle customer requests of varying complexity.
• Explain banking products and services and identify solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Perform account maintenance, including address changes, online banking unlocks, and debit card limit updates.
• Provide video-based support across Interactive Teller Machine locations while maintaining confidentiality and professional service standards.
• Complete required compliance and specialist training and help improve ITM workflows.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
• Strong customer service background.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment and manage fluctuating demands.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills, including communication through video.
• Ability to use sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential account information.
• Applicants must already be authorized to work full-time in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with virtual communication tools such as Skype, FaceTime, or video conferencing.
• Comfort appearing on camera with a friendly and professional presentation.
• Ability to become a subject matter expert in digital delivery channels.
• Initiative, strong time management, and the ability to remain calm in difficult situations.
