Member Service Representative (Banking)

Location: On-site in Poulsbo, Washington, United States; may require working at or permanently transferring to neighboring branches within a reasonable commuting distance.

Salary: $22.26–$25.87 per hour

What you will do

• Advise members on deposit accounts, lending products, credit and debit cards, and related services.
• Open and maintain deposit accounts, loans, certificates, IRA accounts, trusts, and estate accounts.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, and other routine transactions.
• Research and resolve account discrepancies and service requests.
• Identify opportunities to support member relationships through education and cross-service recommendations.
• Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely while following financial regulations and institutional procedures.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-production, changing environment.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently and adapt to evolving technologies.

• Availability Monday through Saturday according to business needs.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of deposit and loan products, services, and operational procedures.
• Customer service experience, preferably in banking or a financial institution.
