Member Service Representative (Banking)

Location: On-site in Henderson, Nevada, United States. The role is based at 671 Mall Ring Circle Ste 100 and may require working at or permanently transferring to neighboring branches within a reasonable commuting distance.

Salary: $22.26–$25.87 per hour

What you will do

• Provide guidance on deposit accounts, lending products, credit and debit cards, and related financial services.
• Open and maintain member accounts, loans, and other financial products.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, and other routine transactions.
• Research and resolve account discrepancies and service requests.
• Identify opportunities to educate members and cross-service relevant products.
• Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely while following applicable regulations.

• Working knowledge of deposit and loan products, services, and operational procedures.
