Client Experience Associate (Banking)

Location: MD - Hampstead; based in Westminster, Maryland; in-office position

Base salary: $37,125.00–$61,875.00 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Deliver personalized customer experiences that support financial wellbeing, loyalty, and share of wallet.
• Process customer interactions and educate clients on available financial transaction options.
• Identify banking opportunities and make appropriate referrals to branch staff.
• Engage customers in the lobby and promote relevant hirify.global products using technology and digital tools.
• Resolve customer problems using product and procedural knowledge.
• Complete teller and branch operational transactions accurately while supporting proactive sales conversations.

Requirements

• Typically less than one year of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• High school diploma or GED may be sufficient; no university degree is required.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Knowledge of banking products, branch banking, digital tools, and fraud detection and prevention.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not provided.
• Ability to comply with applicable FDIA, SAFE Act, and FINRA-related hiring requirements where applicable.
