Operations Support Representative (Financial Services)

What you will do

• Review and process account transactions.
• Provide administrative support and answer questions from agents, managers, internal departments, branches, and external customers.
• Handle inbound calls from insurance companies, impound yards, and other departments.
• Contact outside companies regarding automobiles, titles, liens, insurance products, and claims.
• Report monthly data to management and complete assigned tasks accurately and on time.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards, operational risk controls, and company policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; additional training preferred.
• At least one year of experience in financial services.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, detail-orientation, flexibility, time management, collaboration, and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of systems, primary job functions, policies, and procedures.
