Treasury Service Client Support Representative

What you will do

• Provide customer service and support for Treasury Management products and services.
• Support commercial customers and internal associates through incoming calls, emails, and Microsoft Teams messages.
• Train commercial customers on Treasury Management products and services.
• Communicate with lines of business about system and fraud issues affecting customers.
• Support daily servicing activities for new Treasury Management products and services.
• Follow applicable banking laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of banking experience with a customer service focus.
• Basic understanding of banking products and services.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes and guidelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Nice to have

• One year of experience with Treasury Products and Services.
