Digital Consulting Senior Director – Oracle/Engineering & Construction (U.S. or Canada) (Oracle)

Location: Remote within the United States; Chicago office at 550 Van Buren. Travel up to 75% is required.

Base salary: $215,000–$275,000 per year. The role is also eligible for annual incentive compensation, with estimated total compensation of $268,750–$371,250.

What you will do

• Lead large-scale Oracle ERP, PPM, and Primavera transformation programs for Engineering & Construction clients.
• Manage executive relationships across Finance, PMO, and Operations while overseeing scope, budgets, roadmaps, and delivery quality.
• Lead end-to-end solutioning, deal strategy, proposals, and multi-million-dollar pursuits.
• Develop Oracle E&C offerings covering project-to-finance integration, cost-to-complete forecasting, WIP accounting, revenue recognition, and joint venture accounting.
• Partner with Oracle on industry co-sell initiatives and build relationships with alliance leadership.
• Build and mentor a specialized delivery team and contribute to accelerators, thought leadership, and industry events.

Requirements

• 10+ years of consulting and/or industry experience, including 7+ years in Engineering & Construction.
• Deep knowledge of project lifecycle management, project controls, procurement, contract management, forecasting, WIP accounting, revenue recognition, and joint venture accounting.
• Demonstrated experience leading Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle PPM, and Primavera implementations.
• Proven business development and revenue-generation record, including $2M+ annually.
• Experience with solution architecture, proposal development, executive presentations, Oracle alliance and co-sell models, and multiple large-scale engagements.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, construction management, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with Primavera Cloud, Unifier, or Oracle Joint Venture Management.
• Background in capital projects, EPC firms, or infrastructure development.
• Experience building industry-specific accelerators or delivery frameworks.
• Relevant Oracle ERP, PPM, Primavera, or related certifications.
