Sr. Director, SAP Strategic Solutions & Innovation

Location: Fully remote within the United States, based in Atlanta, Georgia, with an estimated 30–50% travel required

Base compensation: $187,200–$234,000 annually plus incentive

What you will do

• Design complex SAP transformation solutions spanning SAP, AI, data, finance transformation, organizational change, and business technology services.
• Serve as a senior solution architect for strategic consulting pursuits and client engagements.
• Develop and commercialize SAP consulting offerings, including S/4HANA readiness assessments, implementation assurance, ERP stabilization, finance transformation, and carve-out readiness.
• Create reusable methodologies, architecture standards, accelerators, templates, pricing models, and delivery playbooks.
• Support executive discovery sessions, solution workshops, proposal development, presentations, and competitive positioning.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies such as SAP Joule, agentic AI, intelligent automation, and AI-enabled implementation accelerators.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of SAP consulting experience and multiple full-lifecycle SAP implementations.
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA and at least one core functional area; finance expertise is strongly preferred.
• Experience as a solution architect, engagement manager, or delivery lead on complex ERP transformations.
• Strong executive communication, presentation, workshop facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience supporting strategic pursuits, proposal development, solution strategies, and revenue or sales objectives.
• Experience mentoring consulting teams and developing emerging talent.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP AI adoption, SAP Joule, agentic AI, intelligent automation, or AI-enabled ERP assessments.
• Experience developing commercial consulting offerings and delivery accelerators.
