Oracle Fusion EPM Planning Senior Manager

Location: Hybrid in Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, or Tampa, United States; work may include local or out-of-state travel to hirify.global offices and client sites.

Salary: $137,000–$219,000 annually, plus a 14% bonus target; estimated total cash range of $156,180–$249,660.

What you will do

• Design scalable Oracle Cloud EPM architectures aligned with strategic business goals.
• Lead full-life-cycle EPBCS implementations, including solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and knowledge transfer.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into technical specifications, functional designs, and end-to-end solutions.
• Develop custom integrations using EPM Data Integration, EPM Integration Agent, Pipeline, Groovy Business Rules, and EPM Automate.
• Manage project work plans, mentor teams, conduct performance development, and coordinate delivery across teams.
• Build client relationships, support proposals, and identify business development opportunities.

Requirements

• Four end-to-end implementations across any two Oracle EPM Cloud products, including experience with EPBCS Finance, Workforce, Capex, and Projects modules.
• Expertise in Oracle Planning Cloud, EPBCS application design, build, testing, deployment, artifacts, security, workflows, and navigation flows.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, rolling forecasting, consolidation, and core financial statements.
• Experience with business process redesign, transformation, global delivery models, and client-facing consulting.
• 7+ years of experience in professional services or a related industry and a relevant bachelor's degree.
• Leadership and direct supervisory experience, including mentoring, coaching, performance reviews, and work oversight.

Nice to have

• Experience in real estate or financial services.
• CPA, Oracle EPM Cloud, Oracle Certified Implementation Professional, or similar certification.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Access.
